I agree entirely with my hon. Friend. We had a mini-referendum on the referendum in Luton, which was won by a massive majority. I spoke loudly in favour of a referendum with a loud hailer from the top deck of an open-top bus. We had a vote and there was a massive majority in favour of a referendum.
