European Affairs

Proceeding contribution from Mark Francois (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 3 December 2009. It occurred during Debate on European Affairs.
On that point, we all want a deal at Copenhagen. In my speech earlier, I said in reference to a debate in the European Parliament that five socialist-aligned MEPs had voted against a motion. I have since double-checked that, and in fact they abstained. I therefore wished to take this opportunity to correct the record, and I hope that the hon. Gentleman will forgive me for intervening on him to do so.
