Financial Services Bill

Proceeding contribution from John Pugh (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Monday, 30 November 2009. It occurred during Debate on bills on Financial Services Bill.
The hon. Gentleman seems to object to the FSA being empowered to do something about future remuneration, bonuses and the like in the banking sector. Presumably his party argues that a future Chancellor of the Exchequer ought to have that power. Is he arguing against that as well?
