I am a little unclear about what the hon. Gentleman is saying. He seems to be saying two completely different things. He seems to be saying that this is an architectural change of which he disapproves, but he also seems to be agreeing with the hon. Member for Tatton (Mr. Osborne) that it is a purely cosmetic change. It cannot be both, can it?
