Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill

I thank the noble Baroness, Lady Verma, for her support and the Minister for her reply. I already had a hint that she might be offering us this concession, and I am delighted to hear it from her own lips this evening. It is a step in the right direction, and I thank her for it. I look forward to seeing that amendment at Third Reading. Obviously, we will need to think carefully between now and Third Reading as to whether it really fulfils our concerns, but it sounds as if it might. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 217 withdrawn. Amendment 217A not moved.
