Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962 (Amendment) Order 2009

Well, it depends. As they say, it is a matter of size—you can sometimes get a lot of information on BlackBerrys—but I take the noble Lord’s point. The DEAC must still publish a notice saying where those recommendations may be inspected. However, as I have said, the specific concerns that have been raised today will be passed on. I have probably covered most points. The noble Lord, Lord Lyell, spoke about advertising and raising public awareness of elections. I repeat that that is a matter for the Electoral Commission, to which we shall happily relay his views—as well as his great experience from 1984, when he stood here.
