Central London Businesses

Proceeding contribution from Mark Field (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 27 October 2009. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Central London Businesses.
Briefly, I accept that, but, equally, it is widely recognised that the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009 is there, first and foremost, for Crossrail, a project that is already on the stocks. Therefore, this is a London-related issue, not one that necessarily will initially have an impact on other parts of the country.
