152AKG: Clause 76, page 92, leave out lines 37 and 38 and insert—
"(i) an initial hearing;
(ii) an extradition hearing within the meaning of that Part;
(iii) an appeal under section 26 or 32;
(iv) a hearing under section 54 or 56,"
