Amendment 280ZA 280ZA: Clause 191, page 111, leave out lines 16 to 22 and insert— "(1) English local authorities must make arrangement to ensure that children’s centres have governing bodies. (2) Such governing bodies must establish a parents’ forum. (3) Regulations may impose additional obligations and confer powers on any such governing body. (4) Regulations may also make provision about the staffing, organisation and operation of children’s centres."
