Amendment 233 233: Clause 125, page 76, line 28, leave out subsection (6) and insert— "(6) The efficiency objective is to secure that the regulated qualifications system operates efficiently and, in particular, that any sums payable to a body awarding or authenticating a regulated qualification in respect of the award or authentication represent value for money."
