Amendment 225 225: Schedule 9, page 205, line 35, at end insert— "( ) Ofqual may require the Higher Education Statistics Agency to arrange for collection of, and to provide for Ofqual, such data as it may specify. ( ) Ofqual may promote and fund research and sample testing."
