I apologise for not dealing with that point directly. The reality is that there is a lot of work to be done before we arrive at the detail of how these proposals would operate going forward. Those matters are still under development. We will consult around that. I caution the suggestion about a high degree of support. We hope that there will be significant support available but, frankly, until we are in discussion with possible providers, mapping out the detail of what that provision will entail and the terms on which it would be provided, we need to be a little cautious about the promises and commitments we are making.
