Clause 10: Police equipment Amendment 42 42: Clause 10, page 15, line 10, at end insert— "( ) After subsection (1B) insert— "(1C) Before making any regulations under this section, the Secretary of State shall seek advice from Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary.""
