Autism Bill

I thank my hon. Friend; using the knowledge that she gained from being on the Committee, she has clarified that point. The remaining clauses deal with the matters that one would expect to see in any Bill: definitions, extent, application and so on. I do not propose to go through them in detail, but I would just draw the House's attention to the commencement arrangements in clause 6.
