Amendment 124LA 124LA: Clause 292, page 182, line 3, at end insert— "55EA Changes in land use (1) A person with a relevant interest in affected land may notify Natural England of a change in land use and request a review of the route. (2) Where Natural England is informed of a change in land use under subsection (1) above but decides that a review of the route is not necessary, they shall inform the person of their reasons."
