Amendment 2 2: Clause 1, page 1, line 7, at end insert— "(2A) Regulations may amend subsection (2) so as to add to or vary the purpose of projects for which money may be raised by a BRS. (2B) The appropriate national authority shall consult on the draft of any regulations proposed to be made under subsection (2A)— (a) representatives or membership organisations of persons who are non-domestic rate payers; (b) representatives of local authorities; (c) such other persons as the national authorities think appropriate."
