Schedule 5: Investigation of complaints about privately arranged or funded adult social care Amendment 68 68: Schedule 5, page 55, line 13, at end insert— "(1A) Unless otherwise prohibited under the terms of another Act, comments made under subsection (1) must be provided to the person who made the complaint and that person must be provided with an opportunity to comment on them."
