I have to explain to the hon. Gentleman that he has not "extracted" anything, as all this information is clearly on the record. The problem is that there is a greater expectation of funding out there than can possibly be funded. We obviously cannot commit to funding the unfundable commitments of the LSC; what we have committed to, however, is that no college will go bust as a result of the LSC's mismanagement.
