My Lords, in my excitement at being potentially entered into the Guinness book of records, I forgot to speak briefly to Amendment 149, which makes a minor technical change to Schedule 4 to the Bill. In making the necessary name change amendments to paragraphs 9 and 10 of Schedule 4, we noticed that a consequential amendment also needs to ensure that the cross-references in Schedule 1 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999 are correct.
