Saving Gateway Accounts Bill

That is a helpful offer. We often debate information gateway provisions, and there is obviously a tension between the efficiency of government and the rights of individuals. One of the problems is that information can flow through one gateway and then flow onward in various forms. I was trying to ascertain what could happen in this instance. If the Minister could provide chapter and verse between now and Report, I would be more than grateful. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 45 withdrawn. Clause 18 agreed.
