Clause 232: Marine licensing: enforcement in Scottish offshore region Amendments A254AJ to A254AM A254AJ: Clause 232, page 141, line 3, leave out from "activity" to end of line 5 and insert "falling within section 110(3) (activities relating to certain reserved matters)." A254AK: Clause 232, page 141, line 13, at end insert— "( ) in any area within the United Kingdom or the UK inshore region, in relation to an offence which the person reasonably believes has been committed within the Scottish offshore region;" A254AL: Clause 232, page 141, line 15, leave out "the United Kingdom or" A254AM: Clause 232, page 141, line 36, at end insert— "( ) In this section "UK inshore region" means the area of sea within the seaward limits of the territorial sea adjacent to the United Kingdom."
