Of course, it has also complained about the actions of the Tamil Tigers or the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam—LTTE. It describes""harrowing tales of recruitment by the LTTE"" and calls on""both parties to the conflict to adhere to International Humanitarian Laws and...to stop the bloodshed and facilitate the safe passage of those trapped inside the conflict zone.""
