Amendment 150 150: Clause 65, page 48, line 14, at end insert— "( ) When conducting an assessment under this Part, a principal local authority must consider the impact on the economic well-being of the authority’s area, including where applicable the effect on ports, caused by non-domestic rating revaluations."
