My hon. Friend tabled two excellent new clauses, the first of which would remove the younger rate has now been selected. Unfortunately, the second, new clause 2, has not been selected. It would have increased the jobseeker's allowance by £15. However, we will return to that on Budget day, when I am sure that the Government will implement that measure.
