I hope that the Minister will readily agree to this helpful amendment, which strikes me as being a valuable addition to this clause. It is crucial that the constitution and handbook are very widely available—in public libraries, GPs surgeries, hospital outpatient departments and so on—so that it is readily available to all members of the public who wish to consult it. Therefore, I strongly support the amendment.
