This is not something on which one would go to the stake, although I would say that, while the terms ““reasonably practicable”” or ““reasonable”” may be appropriate in one context, that does not necessarily mean that they are appropriate in every one. I have heard what the Minister had to say and I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
