The Minister said that he hopes that his response has gone some way to giving me the reassurance for which I was looking. It has gone a considerable way, and I am grateful to him for that positive and thoughtful response. It is clear that the Government are thinking seriously about this issue in a broad, systematic and cross-governmental way. I am grateful to the Minister for offering to send me the report of the review when it is finished. I shall be happy to engage in discussion with the Government at that point and send them my response. On the basis of the Minister’s positive, helpful and thoughtful response, I am happy to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 143A withdrawn.
