Iraq: Future Strategic Relationship

I hear the hon. Gentleman's point, and I will give my version of it if I catch your eye, Mr. Deputy Speaker. I want to put something to the hon. Gentleman. ““Newsnight”” did a poll—at the end of 2007, I think—that said that more than 80 per cent. of people in Basra did not want the British there. Does that not form part of the hon. Gentleman's view?
