Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited (Determination of Compensation) Order 2008

I understand that a wide range of options was considered, but it was the determination of the FSA over that weekend that Bradford & Bingley no longer met its threshold conditions and therefore would not have been allowed to take deposits on the Monday. As I said in my opening remarks, I am sure there are a number of points that I have failed to cover. If that is the case, I will ensure that the Committee receives full written responses.
