Banking Bill

Barclays, of course, is not one of the banks to have taken advantage of the recapitalisation scheme. However, as part of their agreements with the Government, the banks that have are subject to a series of conditions. We expect those conditions—whether on executive pay, mortgage lending or loans to small businesses—to be followed and implemented.
