I stand corrected. I might also say, in relation to the point that was just made by the hon. Member for Sevenoaks (Mr. Fallon)—I knew I had the figures somewhere—debt interest payments were 3½ per cent. in 1997 and, in 2010-11, they will be 2.6 per cent.
