Bournemouth Borough Council Bill [Lords] (By Order)

I am grateful to my hon. Friend for giving way to me on a specific point before he moves on. I understand that the problem in Bournemouth is enforcement, or lack of it, by Dorset police. Given the lack of police effort, it is surely not surprising that Bournemouth has not extended the powers of PCSOs.
