My Lords, I am most grateful to the Minister. It looked as though there was either a competitive gap or a gap. Now she has said that in fact the Secretary of State will have power to direct so that when the Homes and Communities Agency is considering a problem in this field, it will consult the regulator. That assurance has been worth pushing for. With that, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
