I can reassure the hon. Gentleman that the inclusion of that word does not in any way water down the obligation on the parties for full and free disclosure of information during the court proceedings. Not to do so would be a contempt of court.
I think that I have covered all the points raised and I hope that the amendments will secure the approval of the House.
