My hon. Friend was present when the hon. and learned Member for Torridge and West Devon (Mr. Cox) questioned the suitability of parents' engagement in decisions about the matters under discussion. Does my hon. Friend not agree that the process through which his constituents have gone—the counselling and expert advice that they have received—places them in a stronger position than most people will ever be in for taking an informed decision?
