(1B) The regulatory functions referred to in subsection (1A)(a) are the regulatory functions exercised by— (a) the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority, (b) the Office of Fair Trading, (c) the Office of Rail Regulation, (d) the Postal Services Commission, and (e) the Water Services Regulation Authority, other than any function exercised under competition law. His second sentence should have read, ““Have they forgotten the ruthlessness of EOKA-B against Turkish Cypriots?””. The reference to the AKP in the original printed version was a very regrettable mishear.
