Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Bill [HL]

My Lords, I thank the Minister. I am grateful for what she said and for the gracious way in which the noble Lord, Lord Razzall, came forward and spoke. He always says nasty things about us. I do not know why he goes on like that. I will give him £10 if he wants £10: he does not have to gamble on how many times we mention the noble Lord, Lord Jones. I say to the noble Lord, Lord Borrie, that politics is a messy old business. ““Perhaps”” is not good enough for us, so I am much happier to have the Minister’s reassurance today. I am now happy to beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Schedule 1 [LBRO: supplementary]:
