moved Amendment No. 184: 184: Schedule 2, page 44, line 18, after ““Part”” insert ““of this Schedule”” The noble Lord said: My Lords, I move government Amendment No. 184 in the name of my noble friend Lord Rooker, and shall speak to government Amendments Nos. 185, 186 and 188 to 190. The amendments simply improve the drafting of Schedule 2 to make it clear whether references to ““This Part”” are references to the relevant part of the schedule or to Part 3 of the Bill. This is a straightforward tidying-up exercise, on which I hope I need not detain the House. I beg to move. On Question, amendment agreed to.
