European Union (Amendment) Bill

Proceeding contribution from Rob Marris (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 11 March 2008. It occurred during Debate on bills on European Union (Amendment) Bill.
I have twice asked the right hon. Member for Richmond, Yorks (Mr. Hague) what the Conservative party's plan would be if the Bill were lost tonight. What is their plan B for what the United Kingdom should do if the treaty of Lisbon is lost tonight? Does my hon. Friend know what their position is?
