I apologise to the Committee—I now realise that Amendment No. 70 is covered a few lines down in the Bill and so I shall not speak to it. That may give us an extra 90 seconds or so today. When we adjourned the Committee last Wednesday, the Minister said that he thought we might have a good half-hour’s debate on this group of amendments and I found that slightly disconcerting. I do not have my 15 minutes’ worth.
