Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill

My Lords, that extraordinarily interesting question is probably best left to the two right reverend Prelates due to speak. However, I have always noticed that the Anglican church, whatever the difficulty with the issues, tries to come to a pretty sensible outcome. I am sure that it will be able to do that on this matter. I should declare an interest as my father was a Church of England clergyman. Moved, That the Bill be now read a second time.—(Lord Hunt of Kings Heath.)
