I thank the Minister for his reply. I am pleased that he is able to confirm that subsection (4), I presume, will ensure that the governing body receives regular reports on this matter. Whether it does so through a designated governor could, I suppose, be left to the governing body itself, but as long as that gets done—I suppose that subsection (4) will ensure that it will—I will be quite satisfied.
