National Lottery

Proceeding contribution from James Purnell (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 15 January 2008. It occurred during Legislative debate on National Lottery.

Gentleman thinks that Liverpool is the unofficial capital of north Wales—the nationalist influence of being in coalition with the Labour party in Wales is obviously starting to rub off, even now. If he waits for the rest of my speech, he will hear a clear argument on the point he has made.
