Climate Change Bill [HL]

I have just found the phrase. I did use the phrase—in fact, it is in the Bill. On the last line of page 7, paragraph (b) states, "““give details of the number and type of those carbon units””." So there is a delineation there of the type of carbon units, but I do not think that relates to the amendment. On devolution, I suspect that there will be other debates on this. I have nothing further to say in this debate. The reality is that this Bill has been agreed with the devolved Administrations, but many of the policy areas are devolved matters.
