Proceeding contribution from Earl Attlee (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 12 December 2007. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Local Transport Bill [HL].
I am grateful for the Minister’s carefully considered response. I was careful not to comment on the amendment of the noble Lord, Lord Low, on his behalf. I will read carefully what the Minister has said, and hope that it meets our requirements. Subject to the usual caveats, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
