moved Amendment No. 27: 27: Schedule 1, page 15, line 26, at end insert— ““( ) the name of each bank and building society in existence at the end of the financial year that did not transfer money to the fund;”” The noble Baroness said: Paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 requires the articles of a reclaim fund each year to publish information on the money transferred to it on a bank-by-bank basis, the repayments made on the same basis and the amount transferred to the Big Lottery Fund. While that is interesting information about what has actually happened, what is missing from that list is what has not happened: the banks and building societies that have not transferred any money to the fund. Amendment No. 26 requires that.
