If noble Lords pressed me from every side to have the most extensive campaign—and we are eager that the industry pursues the most intensive campaign—to ensure that money is appropriately directed to those who own it and that those dormant accounts are claimed, of course there will be an element of taxation and, therefore, the Revenue will benefit.
