I thank the hon. Gentleman for that intervention. I did not know that he was an expert on the European Community reinsurance directive. If he is, and he has views on the regulations that we will produce for consultation in the coming weeks, I look forward to his submission. If he would like to meet to discuss the details, I would be happy to do so. We could meet in the House or in the Treasury.
