Housing

Proceeding contribution from Mark Prisk (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 16 May 2007. It occurred during Legislative debate on Housing.
The Minister makes an analogy with the consumer. On that basis, why has the Consumers Association described her proposals as"““a useless but very expensive waste of time””?" Does she not recognise that what was originally a half-baked idea is now barely lukewarm?
