moved Amendments Nos. 25 to 27: 25: Schedule 22, page 354, line 43, at end insert— ““ (1) During the transitional period, section 44B of the Solicitors Act 1974 (provision of information and documents by solicitors etc) has effect as if the list of persons in subsection (2) of that section included a legal partnership (within the meaning of paragraph 7 of Schedule 5).
